Key Responsibilities:
· Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IAM solutions, especially aroundSailPoint.
· Collaborate with IAM architects, developers, and business stakeholders to define access governance policies, roles, and workflows.
· Assist in the design and implementation of SailPoint solutions (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow).
· Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.
· Support testing efforts, including UAT, SIT, and regression testing.
· Participate in access certification campaigns and role modeling efforts.
· Identify gaps and recommendIAMprocess improvements.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
· Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations related to IAM topics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience as aBusiness AnalystinIAM/IDAMdomains.
· Strong understanding ofSailPoint(IdentityIQ or IdentityNow).
· Experience in access certification, provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity lifecycle management.
· Good understanding ofIAM concepts such as SSO, MFA, PAM, etc.
· Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
· Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
