Job Description

- Operations Manager – CommandCentre,
- Nice to Have Skills: Leaderin a field operations and technicalsupport team delivering 24/7 IT services across operational control rooms, concourses, and corporate workspaces. Accountable for operational governance, field techniciandispatching, shift scheduling, queue backlogs, and resource utilization to maintain 99.9%+ availability for criticaloperational workstations. Governed walk-in TechZone operations and equipment staging depots;directed hardware deployments, spares inventory, warranty repairs, and fast device turnaround to drive highfirst-contact resolution. Ensure operational readiness and service restoration withinstringent contractual SLAs and KPIs across hybrid on-prem, cloud, and distributed network architectures (Cisco, Palo Alto,SD-WAN). Serve as primary operational escalation lead for enterprise assetdirectors and business stakeholders, convening rapid response technical bridges and mobilizing cross-functional engineeringteams. Standardized change control procedures, mitigating risk acrosscode promotions and reducing after-hours production
