Job Description:
- Experience: Preferably with 5 years experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Strategy & Planning: Define and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and tools, including automation frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate testing efforts, allocating tasks to analysts.
- Execution & Monitoring: Oversee test execution, ensuring testing aligns with project requirements and timelines.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, conducting root cause analysis for issues.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to managers and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Test Lead or senior Test Analyst, often 3+ years.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of manual/automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Azure Test Plans, ServiceNow ATF).
- Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
