Role Overview
The Open Text Functional Consultant will work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional Open Text solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders
- Configure Open Text modules based on business needs
- Support solution design and functional documentation
- Work closely with technical teams during implementation
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and training
- Provide functional support during and after implementation
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience working with Open Text solutions
- Strong functional understanding of document/content management systems
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience in government projects preferred
