Responsibilities
- Elicit requirements from business and technicalstakeholders.
- Trace requirements to legislation, policy decisions andlegacy business rules; flag legislative assumptions for ASIC approval.
- Model processes, specify business rules and writeacceptance criteria.
- At practice lead level, set templates, peer review andrun a business analysis community of practice.
Essential: business analysis on large governmenttechnology programs; requirements traceability.
Desirable: regulatory orregistry domain (company registration, lodgements, professional registers); reverse engineering legacy business logic; IIBA certification.
