Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing existing property profile end to end including Saturday open homes
- Communicating between landlords, tenants and other related parties
- Attending inspections (open, in/out/routine)
- Attending tribunal if needed
- Trust accounting
- Generating new listings through emails and phone calls

- Certificate of Registration or License
- 5 years + property manager experience
