Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a specialist recruitment desk across Business / Legal Support
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and job qualification through to sourcing, placement and aftercare
- Proactively source and develop strong candidate networks within your specialist market
- Identify new business opportunities while continuing to grow existing client relationships
- Take ownership of desk performance, billings and ongoing market development
About You
- Proven agency recruitment experience, ideally within Business Support, Corporate Services or Legal Support
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Proactive, self-motivated and confident working autonomously
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Looking for an agency offering flexibility, attractive commission and long-term career progression
