Wynstan in Tullamarine is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to be the first point of contact for customers needing service or warranty support on home products. You'll listen, gather information, and document each service request for our service and installation teams, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Training and ongoing coaching are provided as you build product knowledge. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with immediate start available.
