WeareseekingaFieldServiceEngineertojoinourQueenslandteam.Thisfull-timepermanentrolewillbebasedontheroadacrossGreaterBrisbaneandtheGoldCoastregion,providingcustomersupportthroughtheinstallation,servicing,maintenanceandrepairofHologicmedicalequipment.

- Install,service,maintainandrepairHologicmedicalequipmentwithintheassignedterritory
- ConductbasiccustomertrainingonHologicsystems
- Partnerwithinternalteamstosupportcustomeroutcomesandsharefieldinsights
- Ensureallworkcomplieswithrelevantlegislation,industrycodes,ethicalstandardsandcompanyprocedures

- AtertiaryqualificationinEngineering,Electronics,ComputerScienceoranotherrelatedtechnicaldiscipline
- Strongtechnicaltroubleshooting,analyticalandproblem-solvingskills
- Strongcustomerserviceskillsandtheabilitytobuildtrustedrelationships
- Abilitytoworkindependently,prioritisetasksandself-schedulework
- Experienceinmedicaldevices,equipmentmaintenance,DICOM/PACSorRadiationSafetywouldbeadvantageous
- AcurrentQueenslandradiationlicence,oreligibilityandwillingnesstoobtainone,wouldbehighlyregarded
- Fullproducttrainingwillbeprovided.
