Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead culture, workforce alignment and leadership development for a major infrastructure JV in Sydney. The role is permanent, full-time and onsite with WFH Friday.
You will report to the JV Lead and be part of the Senior Leadership Team, shaping a high-performing culture across parent organisations and delivering workforce transformation.
