WSB Solutions is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a full-time manufacturing opportunity in Cambridge, Ohio.
We are looking for skilled maintenance professionals who can troubleshoot equipment issues, perform repairs, and keep production machinery running safely and efficiently.

- What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play an important role in keeping manufacturing equipment operating efficiently and minimizing production interruptions.
Responsibilities include
- Troubleshooting and repairing industrial production machinery.
- Performing preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections.
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
- Responding to equipment breakdowns and completing necessary repairs. Replacing, installing, and adjusting machine components.
- Identifying potential equipment issues before they cause production delays.
- Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Documenting maintenance activities and completed repairs.
- Following workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards.
What You Bring to the Team
We’re looking for someone with hands‑on industrial maintenance experience who can identify problems and work toward effective solutions.
Qualifications include
- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience is required.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery, equipment repair, and preventative maintenance.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with production teams.
- Availability to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
