Point Of Sale (POS) Installations Specialist

We're looking for an experienced POS Installation Specialist who enjoys working directly with customers, solving technical challenges and delivering successful implementations.
What you'll do
- Install, configure and deploy POS hardware and software
- Deliver onsite and remote customer training
- Troubleshoot POS, EFTPOS, network and peripheral issues
- Work closely with customers, internal teams and third-party vendors
- Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional support
- Provide helpdesk and phone-based technical support while not on site
What we're looking for
- Experience installing and supporting POS systems in a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of POS hardware, EFTPOS, networks and system troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows PC and server configuration
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with customers
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Grocery, hardware or independent supermarket industry experience will be highly regarded
- Current driver's licence, reliable vehicle and unrestricted Australian working rights

Please note: This role includes short-term travel, the successful applicant must be able to attend our office in Eight-Mile Plains, Brisbane, when not on a customer site. A National Criminal Record Check will be completed as part of the recruitment process.
