As a Data Entry / Inventory Clerk, the key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Order Entry and Invoicing (using both manual entry and electronically, as well as various web-based platforms)
- Coordination with the manager for shipping and inventory issues
- Customer Service
- Maintaining and entering all paperwork of invoices, receipts, and purchase order slips
- Maintaining accurate inventory
- Placing product orders to fulfill inventory needs
- Reconciling any discrepancies in inventory data
- Checking the price, bar code, and quantities of inventory
- Maintaining and entering product information into our master database
- Receiving daily sales slips and inserting the data into the computer system
- Running audits and updating daily inventory reports for the warehouse
- Communicating and coordinating with internal team members
- Recording store orders and POS system transactions
Basic knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
