As a Data Entry / Inventory Clerk, the key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Order Entry and Invoicing (using both manual entry and electronically, as well as various web-based platforms)
- Coordination with the manager for shipping and inventory issues
- Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- Maintains and enters all paperwork of invoice, receipt and purchase order slips
- Maintaining accurate inventory
- Placing product orders to fulfill inventory needs
- Reconciling any discrepancies in inventory data
- Check up the price, bar code and quantities of inventory
- Maintain and enter product information into our master database
- Receive daily sales slips and insert the data into the computer system
- Running audit and updating daily inventory report for warehouse
- Communicate and coordinate with internal team members
- Recording store orders and POS system transactions
Basic knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word and Excel.
