World Vision Australia is seeking an experienced Sponsorship Operations & Fulfilment Lead to strengthen our Child Sponsorship fulfilment model and deliver reliable, scalable and high-quality supporter experiences. This role combines strategy, governance and continuous improvement to ensure every sponsorship journey is delivered with integrity, accuracy and care.
Reporting to the Director, Sponsorship Giving Growth, you will govern Registered Child inventory, oversee service standards, resolve issues and ensure optimal performance in sponsorship operations.
