This is an opportunity for a proactive, commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, developing opportunities and translating insights into measurable acquisition results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop opportunities to grow supporter acquisition and generate quality leads across existing and emerging channels.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners to support acquisition objectives and drive results.
  • Work collaboratively across digital, media, data, creative and operational teams to improve lead generation, conversion and supporter acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyse acquisition performance, including lead volumes, lead quality, conversion rates and acquisition costs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Use data, insights and testing to recommend improvements to acquisition approaches, channel performance and return on investment.
  • Support the development and implementation of channel initiatives that increase acquisition capacity and deliver sustainable growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead management, conversion pathways and the transition from prospect to active supporter.
  • Coordinate priorities, deliverables and stakeholder inputs to ensure acquisition initiatives are implemented effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure acquisition activity meets relevant fundraising, privacy, safeguarding and organisational requirements.

Who We're Looking For

A commercially minded and relationship-focused professional who understands how to generate leads, grow acquisition and improve performance across channels. You're comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, interpreting data and identifying practical opportunities to deliver better results.

  • An understanding of acquisition channels, lead generation, conversion performance and cost efficiency.
  • Confidence interpreting data and using insights to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including an understanding of acquisition costs, return on investment and growth opportunities.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work collaboratively to achieve shared objectives.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
