Customer Service Representative - Clinical Supply Solutions
World Courier is seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team in both the Clinical and Commercial departments. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service, tailored solutions, and a seamless experience that exceeds expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Efficiently process and monitor client bookings via phone, EDI/IVRS, and email, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Resolve client issues and complaints professionally, guaranteeing satisfaction with resolutions provided.
- Maintain and update our ERP systems with essential client information and reports.
- Act as a communication conduit between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and find innovative solutions.
About you
- Exceptional written skills as the majority of communication is via email.
- Sound experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within the logistics industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexibly within tight schedules and dynamic workloads.
- Understanding of Imports and Exports processes preferred.
