Appointment Setter | Full-Time, Commission Only | Remote

You're a setter. You love the phones, you don't flinch at a "no", and you know how to get a busy business owner to agree to a conversation. You want to be paid for results, not hours, and you want those results to be uncapped.
We're looking for Appointment Setters to make outbound cold calls to trades and construction businesses and book qualified appointments for our closers. This is a phones-first role. If you're not comfortable cold calling all day, this isn't the role for you.

What You'll Own:
- Outbound Cold Calling: Make consistent, high-volume outbound calls to plumbers, electricians, builders and other trades businesses.
- Booking Qualified Appointments: Qualify the business, uncover the admin pain, and book the owner into a call with one of our closers.
- Show-Up Rate: Confirm and remind so the appointments you book actually turn up.
- Follow-Up: Work callbacks and warm leads with discipline until they book or rule themselves out.
- CRM Hygiene: Log every call, outcome and appointment accurately so our closers walk in prepared.
You're Probably a Fit If You:
- Have experience in outbound cold calling or appointment setting (B2B preferred)
- Can hold a confident, natural conversation with a busy tradie
- Handle rejection well and keep dialling
- Are organised, reliable and accurate with your CRM
- Have a quiet workspace, reliable internet and a headset
- Can work Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT)
- Back yourself to perform on a commission-only structure
Bonus Points If You Also:
- Have set appointments for trades, construction or service businesses
- Understand the day-to-day pressures of running a trades business
- Have used diallers or CRMs such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot or Aircall
- Have ambitions to move into a closing role
