What You Will Be Doing
- Providing administrative support to the Production Team
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining records
- Using Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Filing, scanning, and managing documentation
- Assisting with reporting and production-related administration tasks
- Supporting site personnel with general administrative enquiries
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records
What You Will Need
- Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong reliability and attendance record
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Must reside in Moranbah, Nebo, or surrounding local areas
- No previous administration experience is required.
