WorkPac is recruiting a Workshop Supervisor to lead a team in a Malaga fabrication workshop. You will supervise roughly 10–20 staff, provide on-the-job leadership, ensure quality, and liaise with clients on scope and output.
The role requires a trade qualification in Boilermaking or Sheet Metal, stainless steel experience, and a hands-on leadership approach. A current manual licence and White Card are essential; forklift may be advantageous.
