Work Pac is seeking an experienced Workshop Leading Hand to guide a busy heavy vehicle workshop in Newcastle‑Maitland.
You will supervise day‑to‑day mechanical repairs, servicing and fault finding of heavy vehicles and equipment.
Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, coordinate jobs, and assist with welding or fabrication where required.
A Certificate III Automotive Mechanical Technology, current trade licence and HR/HC licence are essential.
