- What You Will Be Doing
- Supervising and leading crews within the Coal Mining Department
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently in line with site procedures
- Coordinating daily operational activities to achieve production targets
- Promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with site standards
- Providing leadership, mentoring, and support to mine site personnel
- What You Will Need
- Current Standard 11
- Current Coal Board Medical (CBM)
- Minimum 5 years' coal mining experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience within a mining environment
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
