Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturer and supplier of steel reinforcement products supporting the construction and infrastructure industries. They specialise in the manufacturing, processing and distribution of reinforcing steel, mesh and associated construction materials used across residential, commercial and civil projects.
Shift structure: Rotating shift | Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm one week, 8am to 4pm the following.
What You Will Be Doing
- Working as a factory hand to manufacture steel and operate the forklift.
- Loading steel onto pallets.
- Packing products (mainly steel) as per an order sheet.
- Operating machines to manufacture reinforcing bars.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the factory.
What You Will Need
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (ideally in the steel industry).
- Drivers Licence + reliable transport.
- Forklift Ticket.
- Physically Fit.
- Ability to pass a Pre Employment Medical + Drug & Alcohol Screen.
