With strong growth across North Brisbane and SEQ, they’re expanding their team and offering long-term opportunities on a range of exciting upcoming projects.
What You Will Be Doing: As a Civil Labourer/Pipelayer Offsider you will be required to work Monday-Friday commencing at 6:30AM, working 9.5/10/5 hour days. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Working on various road and infrastructure projects
- Assisting pipe/drainage crew with various duties
- Filling sandbags
- Prepping trenches for pipe installation
- Operating demolition equipment (saws, jackhammers, drills) to cut and break up concrete or pavement
- Installing and removing temporary fencing, traffic barriers, safety fencing, silt fencing and other safety/environmental controls
- Unloading materials and preparing for the next day
- Constructing concrete structures - manholes, chambers, pits, headwalls
What You Will Need:
- Valid Drivers Licence and reliable transport
- White construction card
- Minimum 9 months civil construction experience
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
