We have an opportunity available within our Industrial Recruitment team situated in Salisbury, QLD. Are you currently working within a high-volume administration or customer service role and looking for a new challenge? If so, this may be the role for you.

What will your day look like?

• You will be working closely with our Business Development Managers to fill open Industrial opportunities.
• Connecting with your candidate network - build and manage relationships.
• Completing pre-employment checks (e.g., references, interviews, qualifications).
• Offering excellent service to our field employees while on placement.
• Work on projects that drive real outcome and change within our communities.

In simple terms, as a Recruitment Coordinator, no two days will be the same. Yes, it's a fast-paced environment, competitive but highly stimulating! You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive structure. We really like to have fun and celebrate success.
