Workfast is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator / Yard Hand to join our team at a busy Metal Recycling facility in Kooragang. If you are a skilled LF driver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid of a bit of heavy lifting, we want to hear from you!
What’s on Offer:
- Great Pay Rate: $37.00/hour + penalties + super
- Consistent Hours: Day shift, Monday to Friday - 7am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating an LF forklift safely to move, load, and unload metal products
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks efficiently
- Assisting with manual handling and general yard duties as required
- Adhering to all site safety and WHS guidelines
What We Are Looking For:
- Valid LF (Forklift) License with proven experience (timber or building materials experience is a massive plus!)
- Experience handling long, heavy, or awkward loads
- Physical fitness and willingness to assist with manual labor when off the forklift
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transport to get to Kooragang
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol test
