WorkCover Queensland is seeking a Provider Payments Representative to ensure providers and stakeholders receive accurate, timely support on payment and finalised claim matters. You will register and maintain provider accounts, reconcile discrepancies, process refunds and payment adjustments, support debt recovery, and finalise claims while directing work to claim owners.
In this hybrid role, you’ll apply meticulous data entry, identify anomalies, and collaborate with Claims and other teams.
