The Opportunity
Are you passionate about Agile delivery but thrive in the fast-paced, dynamic world of marketing? We are looking for a Delivery Lead who sits at the exciting intersection of traditional agile methodologies and marketing operations.
In this unique role, you will adapt proven agile frameworks (like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) to drive rapid campaign lifecycles, asset production, and MarTech execution. As an active and crucial member of our CIP delivery POD and Business Unit, you will be the driving force that ensures our campaigns run smoothly, efficiently, and predictably.
What You’ll Do
- Adapt and apply agile methodologies to manage rapid marketing campaign lifecycles, high-volume asset production, and MarTech deployments.
- Act as the primary point of contact, seamlessly aligning cross-functional teams and key stakeholders on critical timelines, dependencies, and key deliverables.
- Drive a continuous focus on process improvement, incremental delivery, workflow efficiency, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Ensure that daily workstreams, team capacity, and client outcomes are managed smoothly and predictably.
- Pending capacity, take on the end-to-end delivery of broader business initiatives or provide critical support to larger, strategic programs.
- Be an active, engaged, and collaborative member of the CIP delivery POD and the wider Business Unit.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven background in operations, either in Marketing Operations or a Service Desk/Support environment, with a strong track record of supporting operational and project execution.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with the flexibility and creative mindset to apply them outside of traditional software engineering.
- A sharp eye for identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, with a passion for streamlining processes and mitigating risks before they escape.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between creative, technical, and business teams.
- The ability to pivot between managing rapid, day-to-day campaign deliverables and driving larger, long-term business initiatives.

We embrace diversity of thought and love to take on challenges with a pragmatic and innovative approach. Our culture thrives on mutual respect, care, curiosity, openness, and a proactive attitude. We continually seek ways to pair, collaborate, support, and learn from each other as a team!
Everyone belongs at Woolworths Group. Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are key to realising our purpose of better together for a better tomorrow.
