Woolgoolga & District Retirement Village (WDRV) is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our clinical leadership team. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will mentor staff, strengthen governance and drive continuous quality improvement to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
You will lead hands-on clinical leadership across the organisation, support resident care coordination and contribute to accreditation, compliance and ongoing professional development.
