With long-term significant growth and proven experience across a diverse range of sectors, this has led to the appointment of an experienced estimator to join the successful team. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of estimating experience in the landscape or civil sector will be considered for the role.
What do you do?
- Review tender packages and preparing cost estimates for materials and labour.
- Pre-tender meeting attendance.
- Tender preparation & submission.
- Consulting with suppliers, subcontractors and clients to prepare accurate BOQ.
- Contracts management and preparing subcontractor documents.
What do you need?
- The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of the landscape industry with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience.
- Proven success with winning tenders in Victoria.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- The ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong literacy and communication skills.
- Australian citizenship - only current residents need to apply.
