We’re looking for a Senior Architect or Associate to lead the delivery of large-scale residential and multi-residential projects, shaping communities through high-quality living environments. You’ll drive design development and technical delivery on major urban projects, working alongside high-performing, multidisciplinary teams. This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity – balancing design integrity with buildability to deliver exceptional outcomes from concept to completion.
About You:
- 15+ years delivering residential projects
- Proven experience with Tier One contractors and complex delivery environments
- Strong technical leadership across all phases
- Advanced Revit + BIM coordination capability (Rhino a bonus)
- Deep knowledge of buildability, documentation, and consultant coordination
- Clear, confident communicator with clients and stakeholders
- Driven, solutions-focused, and passionate about design excellence
