Woodcut is seeking an experienced and passionate hospitality professional to join our leadership team.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a management role at one of Sydney's most highly regarded restaurants, working alongside a talented and supportive team.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with confidence, and is committed to delivering world-class dining experiences.
You will be calm under pressure, decisive in service, and motivated to inspire and grow those around you.
- Key Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated management experience in a high-end dining venue
- Must be available on evenings and weekends
- Proven ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced service environment
- Strong leadership skills, with experience training and developing large teams
- Passion for hospitality, creativity, and contributing to the continued evolution of Woodcut
- Exceptional personal presentation in line with a premium dining environment
- Outstanding guest engagement and communication skills
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
- Solid product knowledge and operational management skills
- A current (or ability to obtain) NSW RSA Certificate
