The Role
This position will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to the Quality team whilst also being responsible for performing key activities within the Quality team ensuring that a high quality, customer focused service is provided to the project.

- 5 plus years’ experience in a Quality role
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with good initiative and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with the client to understand requirements and with other Wood team members and vendors/suppliers to ensure effective implementation of Quality requirements
- Demonstrates technical expertise, integrity and the ability to influence and challenge others to behave in ways consistent with the interest of the organisation
- Actively develops relationships with customers and Wood entities via regular contact and involvement. Demonstrates ability to develop long and short-term service relationships
- Demonstrated strong commitment to safety
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral
- International assignment/project experience in similar roles will be highly regarded
