The Role
We're looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join us full time and oversee all aspects of food and beverage service across our Bistro and Function Room, which together seat approximately 200 guests, seven days a week.
You'll work a flexible rotating roster that includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will
- Have at least two years' experience in a management role
- Deliver food and beverage experiences that exceed our patrons' expectations
- Manage bookings, optimise floor plans and coordinate functions
- Be creative, friendly and outgoing, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service
- Lead a diverse team and stay calm and professional under pressure
- Train, motivate and mentor staff, and lead by example
- Resolve issues and handle customer complaints with tact and professionalism
- Have a sound understanding of OHS requirements
