Wonders of Wildhood is creating a new Operations Support Partner role to work closely with the Approved Provider, helping streamline communication, coordinate work and manage operations as the organisation grows. This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who can bring structure to complexity, connect the dots across centres and turn ideas into action. You'll help identify recurring issues, reduce unnecessary administration and develop systems and processes that make life easier for the people running the services. You'll also provide practical support within centres when needed, particularly during periods of change, new centre openings or when additional operational experience is required.
We don't want every centre in our group to be the same - Each WOW centre has its own culture, team and local community. You will need to understand those differences and know when consistency is helpful β and when it isn't. This is not about imposing a central way of doing everything. It's a role designed to make our Directors' lives easier. Our Directors are empowered to run their own centres. They know their teams, families and local communities. We want to keep that autonomy and individuality.
This is a new role (Fixed 12 months contract). During the first year we will review and refine what the organisation needs. For the right person, there may be an opportunity to move into a permanent position.
