Rape Crisis South London (RCSL) is seeking an Adult Counselling Clinical Lead for a fixed-term 9‐month role based in East Croydon with a hybrid option. You will provide clinical, operational and strategic oversight of the Adult Counselling service, ensuring safe, high‐quality support for survivors and leading a multidisciplinary team.
The post requires a trauma‐informed feminist approach, safeguarding expertise and substantial leadership experience within the VAWG sector.
