Leading international firm | Competition Law, ACCC & Regulatory Matters
I’m currently recruiting Competition & Regulatory lawyers to join the Sydney or Melbourne practice of a leading international law firm. This is a strong opportunity for a lawyer looking to work on complex competition matters, regulatory investigations and advisory work involving major Australian and international businesses.
What will you work on?
- Competition and consumer law advisory
- ACCC investigations and regulatory engagement
- Competition compliance and risk management
- Regulatory investigations and enforcement matters
- Competition issues arising in commercial transactions
You’ll gain exposure to significant regulatory issues affecting businesses across a range of industries.
The opportunity
Rather than focusing exclusively on one aspect of competition law, you’ll have the opportunity to develop experience across advisory, investigations and contentious regulatory matters. The practice works with major corporate clients and specialist teams across the firm, providing exposure to the commercial context behind complex competition and regulatory issues.
Who they’re looking for
I'm interested in speaking with Associates and Senior Associates with experience in competition and regulatory law, ideally gained at a leading Australian, international or highly regarded mid-tier firm. Experience involving the ACCC, regulatory investigations or competition advisory work will be particularly relevant. Lawyers based in Sydney or Melbourne, as well as Australian lawyers currently overseas and considering a move home, are encouraged to get in touch.
