This is a high-trust, detail-oriented role supporting the personal financial operations of the CEO.
You will work closely and directly with leadership, handling sensitive financial matters, ensuring clarity, organization, and informed financial decision-making.
This is not a high-volume bookkeeping role.
It is focused on accuracy, discretion, and financial insight.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and track personal financial transactions and accounts
- Oversee bank reconciliations and expense categorization
- Monitor cashflow and provide clear financial visibility
- Support financial decision-making with insights and reporting
- Liaise with accountants and advisors where required
- Maintain organized records across banking, investments, and expenses
- Assist with tax preparation documentation (in coordination with external accountants)
- Identify opportunities for better financial structuring and efficiency
