In this dynamic, field-based role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of a storm responseβ€”from fast-paced site setup and logistics to managing specialized Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) technicians and final quality control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapid Site Deployment: Oversee the quick setup, logistical management, and daily workflow of mobile hail repair facilities in heavily hit storm zones.
  • Software & Estimation: Manage high-volume digital workflows, quoting, and repair variations.
  • Technician Coordination: Schedule, manage, and quality-check local and international PDR technicians and sub-contractors under tight deadlines.
  • Insurance Liaison: Act as the primary on-site point of contact for insurance assessors and corporate partners to streamline vehicle triaging and claim authorities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Industry Background: Management experience within automotive repair, collision management or insurance assessing.
  • Logistical Agility: Willingness and flexibility to deploy to regional and interstate storm locations at short notice.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrates a friendly, professional, and approachable manner when interacting with customers, providing excellent service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrates strong problem solving skills by thinking quickly.

What We Offer
