We have an opening for a Legal Secretary, created because our teams are growing: Supporting a senior lawyer running motor vehicle accident claims. This is a new role as the team grows. Open to part-time too (minimum 4 days) if that suits you better.

What you'll be doing:
- Draft legal precedent documents and lodge applications
- Request medical records and follow up with doctors, specialists and treatment providers
- Organise independent medical exams and specialist appointments
- Liaise with clients and keep them informed throughout their claim
- Follow up insurers and other contacts to keep matters moving
- Structure and maintain briefs for hearings and conferences
- Manage diaries, schedule Commission and Court dates, and manage your lawyer's diary
