Field Service Technicians (Stapylton, QLD)

Key Duties
- Servicing, maintenance, and repair of Wirtgen Group equipment.
- Preparation of new machine build requirements.
- Commissioning/training of Wirtgen Group machinery.
- Diagnose machine issues or customer complaints and assist in finding solutions.
- Conduct machine inspections.
- Provide a professional customer service and care attitude at all times.
- Assist in the training of Apprentices and other staff as required.
To be considered you must have the following
- Australian recognised trade qualification (Mechanical or Electrical).
- Proven experience within a Service Technician/Light Vehicle Mechanic role for minimum 2 years.
- Unencumbered Drivers License.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be able to communicate well with co-workers and customers.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Clear problem solver.
- High attention to detail.
- Willing to learn and take direction.
The ideal candidate will also need to complete and pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and obtain a police clearance.
