KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
- Carry out day-to-day tasks delegated by the Management team whilst delivering great customer service to drive profitable sales.
- Tasks include the processing and flowing of merchandise, markdown execution, maintenance and service including the fitting rooms and the point-of-sale registers.
POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Embody the TJX Cultural Factors.
- Understand, appreciate and articulate the TJX off-price model.
- Maintenance of the Store floor, ensuring it is neat, clean and organized.
- Drive profitable sales.
- Provide efficient and friendly customer service at the point of sales and operate registers.
- Processing and flow of merchandise.
- Execute the merchandise protection standards.
- Support gift card sales and strategies.
- Demonstrate the understanding of Store Best Methods and carry out the related tasks.
- Support TJX charity initiatives.
- Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Adhere to the TJX Global Code of Conduct.
