We're partnering with an established business in the trade supply industry to recruit a Branch Driver for its Bundaberg operation.

This is more than simply getting products from A to B. You'll play an important role in ensuring customers receive the right products, at the right time, while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy branch.

You'll enjoy a varied role combining local deliveries, customer interaction and hands‑on warehouse activities, all while working alongside a supportive team that values reliability, safety and great service.

The opportunity

As the Branch Driver, you'll be a key connection between the branch and its customers, representing the business professionally and helping keep local projects moving.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Completing local deliveries safely, efficiently and on schedule.

Loading, securing and unloading products in accordance with safe work practices.

Checking orders and delivery documentation to ensure accuracy.

Providing friendly, professional service when interacting with customers.

Conducting routine vehicle safety checks and maintaining a clean, presentable vehicle.

Assisting with picking, packing, receiving and organising stock.

Supporting general warehouse and branch operations when not undertaking deliveries.

Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, organised and productive workplace.

About you

We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, takes ownership of their work and understands the importance of reliability and customer service.

You'll ideally have:

A current Australian driver's licence appropriate for the role.

Previous experience in delivery driving, warehousing, logistics or a similar hands‑on environment.

A sound understanding of safe driving practices, load restraint and manual handling.

The physical capability to safely perform loading, unloading and general warehouse duties.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Confidence communicating with customers and colleagues.

The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet delivery commitments.

A genuine commitment to workplace health and safety.

Experience in plumbing supplies, building products, hardware, trade distribution or a similar environment would be advantageous, although not essential.

Above all, we're looking for someone dependable, practical and willing to roll up their sleeves to support the team.
