About the Role
Based in the Yarra Valley, our Wine & Hospitality Specialist helps deliver exceptional guest experiences across the Cellar Door. Enjoy daytime-only hours and be part of a welcoming, guest-focused team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, knowledgeable and polished guest service across the Cellar Door, ensuring every interaction reflects CHANDON's premium wine, hospitality and brand standards.
- Conduct structured wine tastings and share confident product knowledge of CHANDON's sparkling wines, varietals, winemaking approach and guest offerings.
- Support wine, retail and club conversion opportunities by identifying guest needs and contributing to sales outcomes in a natural and service-led way.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, safety and organisation across guest-facing and back-of-house service areas.
About You
- Previous hospitality, cellar door, wine tourism, retail or premium guest service experience, ideally with exposure to wine tastings or beverage service.
- A genuine interest in wine, with the confidence to develop and share product knowledge in an engaging and approachable way.
- Comfortable working across a busy cellar door environment, balancing guest experience, sales opportunities and operational priorities.
- A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail, particularly in presentation, guest seating, reservations and end-of-day processes.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, with weekday availability also desirable.
