Winc is seeking a Team Manager Inbound to lead the inbound and replenishment function at our Queensland distribution centre in Brisbane.
You will manage a team of around 16 staff and be responsible for labour planning, stock receipt, put-away, and ensuring service levels align with customer expectations.
You will drive safety, process improvements and cost efficiencies while coordinating with the DC Operations Manager on improvement initiatives and monthly performance reviews.
