Wilmar Sugar & Renewables is seeking an Operator in Training (Fugal Operator) for Pioneer Mill in North Queensland's Burdekin region.
This seasonal role involves transforming raw ingredients into high-quality sugar, following a continuous rotating shift roster during the Crush.
You will produce sugar to quality standards, collaborate with mill teams, sample and analyse streams, maintain housekeeping, inspect equipment, and record data for management.
Training and safety competencies are required.
