At Willow Tree Psychology and Wellbeing, we believe that exceptional therapy is built on exceptional clinicians, strong professional relationships, and a culture of continuous learning. As one of Adelaide's largest and well-established psychology practices, our team of 33 psychologists includes 11 Board-Approved Supervisors, Clinical Psychologists, Senior Psychologists, and clinicians with a diverse range of expertise. We have created a genuine professional community where collaboration, mentorship, and shared learning are part of everyday practice.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Schema Therapist to join our team in a newly created leadership opportunity. This role has been developed in response to significant and growing demand for Schema Therapy services. It offers a unique opportunity to build, expand, and influence the development of Schema Therapy services within our practice while working alongside an experienced and highly collaborative clinical team.

This is far more than a traditional therapy role. As our Lead Schema Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide Schema Therapy while helping guide the ongoing development of Schema Therapy services within one of South Australia's largest psychology practices.
