Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that foster children's social, emotional, cognitive and physical growth.
- Observe and document children's progress, adapting activities to meet individual needs.
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and their families.
- Ensure a safe, stimulating and welcoming learning environment.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to enhance teaching practice.
- Adhere to all childcare regulations and centre policies.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
