Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that foster children's social, emotional, cognitive and physical growth
Observe and document children's progress, adapting activities to meet individual needs
Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and their families
Ensure a safe, stimulating and welcoming learning environment
Collaborate with the teaching team to enhance teaching practice
Adhere to all childcare regulations and centre policies
What We're Looking For
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Demonstrated experience working with children aged 0-5 years
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity and a passion for early childhood education
Teamwork and collaboration skills
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Working with Children Check
National Police Check
