You will play a central role in shaping and embedding a unified operating model, establishing clear ways of working, consistent standards, and streamlined processes that enable frontline teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality services efficiently and sustainably.

This role would suit a senior operations leader with experience overseeing large, dispersed workforces in complex, multi‑site service environments.
